Description

In my abstracted style, this artwork is composed of layers of paint splashed, rubbed and distressed. Then the figure of a woman in a bright dress starts to take shape with her sun lounger, some sea and palm trees. Her alternating outfit with hat also makes an appearance – so many clothes that only get worn on holidays!

This small artwork is beautifully balanced and composed. I’ve used acrylic paint in combination with fine detailing using both ink marker and watercolour pen and marker.

This piece brings a deep, contemplative energy—perfect to provoke thought and stir emotions in any space it inhabits.
