Description
The print depicts a view of Hook Head Lighthouse, the oldest in Europe, located on the Eastern side of the Estuary of the Nore, Suir and Barrow rivers. The lighthouse building is a 13th Century Norman structure.
It is now a Heritage Centre, with a shop and restaurant.
This screenprint of the Wexford landscape was printed in Mar 2011 and consists of 12 layers, and is printed in a Limited Edition of 10 prints.
This original print is sold unframed. It is shipped flat-packed with a front window mount and backing mount, and wrapped in cellophane in order to protect the print in transit.
