In this piece, I was inspired by a convent garden painting in The National Gallery of Ireland. In my take on this composition I have blended abstract and figurative forms with impressionist strokes, to evoke a serene yet mysterious atmosphere. The figure, softly rendered, invites contemplation amidst an energetic, lush green background. I wanted to capture a moment of quiet reflection, bringing calm and introspection to your space, while the layered textures create a dynamic flow of energy.
