Bray Head, Valentia is an original artwork created in Carborundum print in 2022. The piece measures 21cm x 15cm. This work explores “Bray Head, Valentia” is a carborundum and drypoint print in an edition of 30 prints. The print depicts Bray Head on the spectacular western end of Valentia Island in Co. The print was first exhibited at the Royal Hibernian Academy Annual Exhibition in Dublin in 2022.
This original print is sold unframed. It is shipped flat-packed with a front window mount and backing mount, and wrapped in cellophane in order to protect the print in transit.

Based in Ratoath, Co. Meath, I am an artist and printmaker specializing in original Irish landscape prints. My work explores various traditional and contemporary techniques, including screenprint, carborundum, drypoint, etching, and chine collé, to capture the unique spirit of the Irish landscape. I like to focus on the ever-changing Irish light, from misty mornings and dramatic cloudscapes to the “golden hour” over the hills.
