“I would describe myself as an intuitive abstract painter and I enjoy letting a painting reveal itself to me, which sometimes entails the layering of colour and texture and then slowing peeling back little by little till the painting shows itself. I like to experiment with colour texture and different materials, each piece I work on needs to feel fresh and unique. My inspiration comes from the beautiful Wicklow landscapes.”
