Description
“Impact Zone” becomes a metaphor for individuals whose presence transforms a room the moment they enter it. Like the striking contrast in the painting, they create clarity within complexity. They shift the atmosphere — not loudly, but powerfully. Their confidence radiates like the golden forms at the center, grounding the surrounding intensity and turning chaos into balance.
Yet this work also hints at something deeper — protection. The darker layers feel like a shield, a reminder that those who carry strong energy must also guard it. Individuals who change rooms with their presence need to be mindful of where they invest their light. Their strength is powerful, but it requires awareness, boundaries, and self-care.
This painting honors not only their impact — but their wisdom to protect their own energy.
I am self-taught abstract artist, born in Poland, based in Cork since 2012. I am drawn to abstraction because it allows me to express what cannot be said in words — the invisible rhythms of thought, memory and mood. The abstract I create focuses on the tension between chaos and harmony — contrasting vibrant colour fields with subtle marks. Each painting is an emotional landscape, inviting the viewer to interpret their own meaning through colour, form, and texture. My process is rooted in intuition, emotion, and spontaneity. Working primarily with acrylics, I let each painting evolve organically, guided by movement, energy, and internal reflection rather than pre-planned composition. The result is a body of work that explores transformation, presence, and the unseen dimensions of human experience. Ultimately, my goal is to create visual experiences that evoke curiosity, reflection, and emotional resonance. I see my art as a bridge between inner feeling and outer form — abstract, but deeply personal.
