Rodrigo Piedrahita Escobar is a Colombian painter and visual artist based in Medellín. Trained as an architect at Pontifical Bolivarian University, his artistic career spans nearly four decades of exploration in figurative expressionism. His oil-on-canvas works—executed with palette knife, brush, and layered color glazes—revisit childhood memories and toy symbolism to explore human history and peaceful reflection[cite: 1, 2.4].
