Born in Mayo, in the West of Ireland Chiara Trench is a self taught artist inspired by the countryside, and the natural world. Working in acrylics, her works are a celebration of the beauty that surrounds us, and the color in our lives. Chiara graduated as an Optometrist in 2004 and has always had a connection with the eye, and visual perception. She has been creating since childhood, and has worked with jewellery, stationery and flowers in the past. Her works are created with the viewer in mind, to evoke memories of childhood, relationships, and traditions.
