Painter and artist Joseph Kelly creates studio based and en plein air artworks. Joseph uses drawing, sketching and painting in order to document and create his pieces. He is situated in county Clare and documents and creates works as he travels to various locations through out the county and further afield. The works available for purchase are all moments and periods of time in his life.
