Buying art online can be a hit and miss affair. On-screen colours don’t always accurately depict the real thing, and different viewing conditions are going to affect things further. With this in mind, all my work is photographed in neutral daylight conditions and colour corrected to be as close a representation of the original as possible.
However, there is always the possibility that when the piece you bought is unpacked it isn’t exactly what you expected. I want nothing less than 100% satisfaction, so I offer a 7 day cooling off period. On receipt of your artwork you will have 7 days to be sure you are 100% happy with your purchase and if not you’ll get your money back. It hasn’t happened yet and I don’t envisage it happening any time soon, but if you are not completely happy with your purchase simply notify me by email within 7 working days of receiving your delivery that you intend to return the artwork.

On selected pieces, I may be open to reasonable offers. But please, bear in mind, a work of art is original and one of a kind. Time, talent & experience, not to mention materials, have gone into creating an artwork which you have connected with. Your interest in an artwork should be reflected in a fair and reasonable offer.
On receipt of payment, artwork is securely packaged and normally shipped within 1-2 days, but if for some reason it is going to take longer you will be notified. You will receive a tracking number so that you can follow the progress of your package in transit.
International Shipping
Artwork can be shipped worldwide, although artwork shipped outside the EU may be subject to import duties & taxes. Please contact the customs office in the country of destination for more information about any applicable duties & taxes.
Personal Pick-up / Delivery
If you are in Dublin personal pick-up or delivery options are also possible. Just email me at [email protected] to arrange.
Artwork must be returned immediately in its original packaging, if possible, or similar quality packaging and be received within 14 working days of receipt of original delivery by you. In the event of a return, you must pay for delivery both ways. Returned artwork which is damaged or not in its original condition will not be refunded. Once the artwork is safely received you will receive a full refund less any delivery charges.
