Terms and Conditions – Artist Subscription Requirement
By using the services provided on Irish Artmart, users acknowledge and agree to the following terms related to artist subscriptions:
Active Artist Subscription: In order to maintain an active account on the platform, users must have an active Artist subscription. This subscription grants users access to the benefits and features available to artists on Irish Artmart.
Account Deletion for Inactive Subscriptions: If a user’s Artist subscription expires or is not renewed, their account will be deactivated and deleted from the platform.
Subscription Renewal and Notifications: It is the responsibility of the user to ensure their Artist subscription remains active. Users will receive reminder notifications about subscription renewal. Failure to renew within the specified period will result in account deletion.
Data Deletion: Upon account deletion, any user-submitted content, including but not limited to artwork, listings, and personal information, may be permanently deleted from the platform. Irish Artmart is not liable for any loss of content due to non-renewal or deletion of accounts.
