Description
This piece captures the architecture of emotions – how we build the invisible networks just to stay connected. The intersecting lines – at ones chaotic and precise evoking urban infrastructure viewed from above. Every line feels like a path – a decision or signal.
” Network Map” is invisible threads that bind across distance, time and silence. The yellow lines stretch and intersect like connection between people, sometimes strong and clear, sometimes frayed, lost or overlapping.
The blue lines- you can the weight of communication- message sent, received late, missed.
The purple are the strongest and the purest .
” Network Map” suggests that we are part of the larger constellation.
It is deeply personal- a mirror to how we navigate our need to connect and how we still reach for each other in complexity, noise, chaos and peace.
Artist Statement Sunlight_abstract art Born in Poland and based in Cork, Ireland since 2012, Sunlight is a self-taught abstract artist whose practice is grounded in the conviction that art is one of the most powerful forces for human transformation. Drawn to abstraction for its capacity to articulate what language cannot, her work gives form to the invisible — the rhythms of thought, the weight of memory, the texture of emotion. Each painting navigates the tension between chaos and harmony, where expansive, vibrant colour fields converge with quiet, deliberate marks to create immersive emotional landscapes. The result is work that does not dictate meaning, but instead opens a space for the viewer to encounter their own. Her practice is rooted in intuition and spontaneity. Working primarily with acrylics, she allows each composition to emerge organically — shaped by energy, movement, and deep internal reflection rather than predetermined structure. This process is, in itself, an act of inner work; and it is her belief that the depth of that inner engagement is precisely what gives the work its capacity to move others. At the core of Sunlight's artistic mission is a commitment to empower, uplift, and transform. She creates not simply to be seen, but to create an impact — to offer viewers an encounter that shifts perspective, stirs emotion, and invites a deeper way of seeing both the canvas and themselves. Her work is abstract in form, personal in origin, and universal in resonance — a bridge between the inner world and the outer one, where feeling becomes visible and art becomes a catalyst for change.
