Return (Refund) Policy

Return Policy for Aria C. Art

1. Right of Withdrawal / Cooling-Off Period
Under EU law, as a consumer, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods.

To do this, you must inform me in writing (email). Once you notify me of your decision, you have an additional 14 days to return the item.

2. Return Costs
You are responsible for the direct cost of returning the item, unless I have agreed to cover it.

If I did not inform you before purchase that you would have to pay return shipping, then I must bear those costs.

3. Refund
Once I receive the returned goods (or proof they were returned), I will refund you within 14 days.

Refund includes the original standard delivery cost paid (if applicable).

4. Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal
The right of withdrawal does not apply in all cases. According to EU law, exemptions include:

Goods that are custom-made or personalised

Goods that are clearly sealed for hygiene or health reasons once unsealed

Certain other types, depending on national law

5. Condition of Returned Goods
Please return items in their original condition (undamaged, with any packaging) when possible.
If the item is damaged due to your handling, I may reduce your refund proportionately.
