If you wish to return an item/s, please contact me through my store.

I accept change of mind returns within 14 days, meaning you have 14 days from the date the order is placed to request a return (this does NOT mean your returned item/s have to arrive back to me within the 14 days, only that you make the request within this timeframe). Your refund will be issued when I receive the returned item/s.

If the returned item/s arrive to me damaged or otherwise not fit to be resold, unfortunately I cannot issue a refund/replacement in this case. If the item/s arrive to you damaged, please contact me and I can arrange a refund or replacement (if available). For a refund/replacement I require the original item/s to be returned. If possible please include all contents of the original package, including the external packaging, when returning the item/s as this helps me to identify why the product became damaged during delivery and improve my service. If your item/s arrive with some damage but you wish to keep them and not request a refund/replacement, I would appreciate if you still contact me to let me know and describe/photograph the damage. This is not required but is used for the improvement and development of my services, helping me to provide better customer satisfaction in the future.

PLEASE NOTE: watercolours are particularly susceptible to sun damage and original watercolour paintings may fade over time. To prevent this it's recommended not to store in direct sunlight or in bright areas that receive a lot of natural light. There are protective glass frames designed to protect against UV rays and minimise sun damage to watercolours however, they are not 100% effective and strategic placement of watercolour paintings is still needed even with protective glass. Failure to follow this advice may lead to bleaching and fading. I do not accept returns for items that have become sun damaged after the buyer has received them. By purchasing an original watercolour painting, you agree that you understand watercolours are a highly sensitive medium, that I (as an artist and store) do not accept responsibility for environmental damage that may occur to these items after you receive them and that you have been advised on how to care for watercolour paintings.
