Description
This is an Irish bog oil painting on paper, captures Ireland’s unique wetland landscapes. This painting has deep, earthy hues of the bog’s peat, some browns and purple tones. It has a winding pathway, an ancient tree, the lumps and bumps that makes your walk all very up and downy : ) My painting is to show the beauty of the bog , the kinda dreamy like space that it can be and the tiny flickers and variety of colours that are truely there but at first appears to be just black. Always really lovely and fascinating to paint.
