Description

This painting is part of a series of circus themed pieces I have worked on. I also enjoy painting clowns – I am intrigued by the concept of disguise and the mystery around that.

I am an artist working in Oils and Watercolour. I work in a realistic style. I enjoy capturing the detail in the ordinary and the extraordinary. My favourite subjects to paint are masks, glass in all forms, still life, animals and flowers. Although I primarily work in Oils I have recently started exploring dance themes in watercolour and ink.
