Paintings are usually dispatched within 3-5 business days. You will be notified by email when your painting has been dispatched.
Please note: If a painting requires varnishing before shipping an extra 2 weeks is required to make sure varnish has completely dried. You will be notified immediately by email upon purchase if this is the case.
INSURANCE
It is strongly advised that additional shipping insurance is purchased to safeguard your new original artwork investment. Shipping insurance can be purchased online by a number of providers and is up to the buyer to acquire.
DUTIES AND CUSTOMS
Duties, custom fees, or any other associated fees are the responsibility of the buyer.
Please check with your local post office or online for customs information including any fees that may be incurred on your end before purchasing.
Siobain O’Brien is not responsible for any delays that may happen at customs.
REFUNDS / EXCHANGES
No refunds or exchanges on items unless item is damaged in shipping (proof of damage must be shown - see ‘Artwork Damaged in Transit’)
Special circumstances may allow for different return or exchange policies – you must discuss requirements with Siobain personally before purchasing.
ARTWORK DAMAGED IN TRANSIT
If you notice any damage to the box, please take a photo of the damage before you open the painting and open the box in front of the carrier who delivered it. Photograph any damage and email to [email protected] immediately. Be sure the carrier documents the damage.
