Description
This painting is made in Ethnostile, with elements of rectangular particles assembled in a diamond pattern, in the colour of gold and azure.
This composition was inspired by the architecture of Uzbekistan and my childhood memories of the environment and beauty in which I was born and lived.
I come from Crimea, it is a small peninsula, which at all times was and is a tidbit of land, rich in picturesque mountains, sea and forests. Therefore, living there I was and still am inspired by these beauties and national colours that I display in my paintings.
And even now, living in Ireland, I try not to forget the culture and traditions of my people and write paintings in the ethno style.
I am also very impressed by the realism that I portray in my still lifes and landscapes.
