Description
The technique used is dip pen and brush inking.
The work is drawn on thick 200 g/m2 paper.
When I draw characters, I try to freeze them in perpetual motion, as if time had stood still. This leads me to draw, for example, flowing hair and expressions with gazes that seem lost in the distance. In my abstract work, I try to contrast the multitude and precision of meticulous pen inking with a single, bold brush stroke.

I’m a french artist who works with different types of mediums. The influence of japanese culture in my youth had a major impact on my creations, leading me to turn to inking with Indian ink and various dip pens.
My other creations share this influence, which can also be found in my digital works and acrylic paintings. My creative process consists of making simple sketches to research compositions and rhythms, then transcribing this onto the medium of my choice.
My work in 2D Animation Studios as a Character and Props Designer has also led me to discover new, simpler and more impactful ways of developing my style.
