Hand drawn artwork on top of a print of a garden on hardboard, framed in a white wooden frame. I usually paint complete originals, but now and then I find an artwork that has an endeering feature that I know I can add value to by overpainting or partially overpainting.

I have upcycled a framed print on hardboard by overdrawing a head onto the print and adding some geometric features. I have left some of the print of a garden scene showing as it is such a good contrast to the colour block head. Photo of the originalprint on board is included here.
