The Burdened
This is a four-piece sculpture series.

The sculptures’ faces have a mournful expression on them.
The bodies’ surfaces are limbless cracked and broken.
These cracks are a representation of the aging of the body and the decay that comes with time.
The dark shapes that appear to float above their heads represent the weight of thought that is consuming them.

The sculptures are created from clay standing on a steel base and shaped steel stands above their heads.
*The sculptures can be sold separately or as a full series*
