October Splash

October Splash is a painting that came to life right after a swim in the sea during the month of October. Living in Co. Wicklow, with the sea right on my doorsteps, I make every effort to get to a beach for a walk or swim on a daily basis. It has helped me tremendously to stay focused and balance my mental health and wellbeing particularly during recent times. This piece was created using acrylic paints and inks and is finished with a satin varnish.
