Description
Somewhere off the Dublin quays, a once proud and elegant building stands isolated and abandoned in it’s final days. Like ourselves, the latter stages of a buildings life are rarely pretty and yet a certain beauty and dignity is discernible behind the decay – a memory of what once was. Just as we will all some day step aside for a younger, more dynamic generation, this structure will shortly make way for something more suited to what’s demanded of buildings in the 21st century.
Oil on panel. 50cm x 60cm. Framed and ready to hang.
